Registration/Name Badges:
• Capacity is limited, pre-register early to avoid disappointment.
• Your name badges will be waiting for you at the event registration desk.
• Only attendees with name- badges will have access to meeting rooms.
• Pre-Registrations are non-refundable but can be transferred.
• Pre-Register early!
Event Banquet/Dinner Saturday 19h00-21h00
• Booking the Banquet/Dinner before 25 September is ESSENTIAL
• Payment for meal may be at time of booking
• No booking for Saturday Banquet/Dinner = no access to dining room
• Not possible to late-book the Banquet/Dinner after your arrival
• Booking of Banquet/Dinner is subject to availability
