The event banquet/meal will take place in the hotel’s dining room on Saturday evening. at 19h00. All members will be seated together in the same area.The Saturday night Banquet MUST be paid for and booked with the convention organizers before 24 September.
Cost of the 2022 banquet is 35.00 euro. If you are booked into the venue hotel on a half-board or full-board basis you earn a credit of 16.00 euros and will need to pay the 19 euro difference. Payment for the banquet may be made below. Guests staying at alternative accommodations will be required to pay 35.00 euros for the banquet meal

After registering for the banquet, you will not receive reminders to submit your menu selection. Early menu selection will be appreciated. Those guests not submitting their selection by the deadline date will be served the default restaurant menu
The banquet comprises a 3 course meal including soft drink/water and coffee. Vegetarian meals are available but not vegan meals. Please let us know at email@example.com should you wish a vegetarian meal.
